Our fee, third-party costs and share capital are three different things. Your quote keeps them apart, so you always know what you are paying for.
COMPANY FORMATION
Fixed one-time platform fee.
Prices exclude VAT and third-party costs.
Up to three members and one director. Capital from EUR 1.
No limit on members. Capital from EUR 2,500.
Formation plus accounting from the first day.
j.d.o.o.: EUR 500 + VAT or d.o.o.: EUR 1,000 + VAT.
Accounting: first two months free from formation, then EUR 220 + VAT per month.
AFTER REGISTRATION
The first two months are free, starting on the date your company is formed. After that period, the fixed fee is EUR 220 + VAT per month.
Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, VAT reporting where applicable, payroll and annual financial statements. We agree the service scope before you confirm.

These costs depend on your case and are set by official tariffs or by the provider. We list them in your quote and never add a margin without telling you.

| Translations | Certified translations into Croatian by a court interpreter, per document. |
| Apostille / legalisation | For documents issued or signed abroad. Obtained in the country of issue. |
| Bank fees | Account opening and monthly fees, set by your bank. |
| Registered office | Rent or address service, if you do not have your own address. |
| Share capital | Not a cost. It is the company's money: from EUR 1 (j.d.o.o.) or EUR 2,500 (d.o.o.). |
