A clear path from application to registration.
Local support for your next business move.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with your plans.
See the scope and costs before you commit.
Share your proposed company name, business activity and founder details in a short application.
We review your case and send the formation route, the steps, our fee and the expected third-party costs.
Ask questions, confirm the scope, and only then pay. Nothing starts without your confirmation.
We coordinate the formation and, if you choose, keep your books, VAT and payroll after registration.

FORMATION ROUTES
The route depends on your citizenship,
residence and electronic identity.
Fully electronic formation of a d.o.o. or j.d.o.o. in one digital place, without a notary.
Electronic formation through the court register is available. Tax number, bank and other steps are handled separately.
Founding documents are certified by a notary and filed with the commercial court. Documents signed abroad usually need an apostille and a certified translation.
We confirm the right route for your case in your quote. Source: gov.hr overview of company formation options.
IT STARTS WITH A NAME
Croatian law does not provide for name reservation. The court checks the name when it registers the company.
Before filing, we check your proposed name against the court register and ask you for an alternative, so a conflict does not delay registration.
You can also search the public court register yourself.

It depends on who you are. Croatian citizens resident in Croatia can use the START system. EU/EEA citizens can file electronically through the court register. Non-EU founders usually go through a notary, in Croatia or abroad. Your application always starts online, and we confirm the route in your quote.
Not always for the formation itself, but often for the bank account. Croatian banks decide independently how they identify new clients, and many ask for an in-person visit. We tell you in advance what to expect for your case.
Once a complete application is filed, the court decides on registration within five working days. The overall timeline depends mostly on your documents: tax number, translations, apostilles and notary appointments.
At least EUR 1 for a j.d.o.o. and at least EUR 2,500 for a d.o.o. Share capital is your company's money, not a fee, and it can be used for business expenses once the company is registered.
After you receive and confirm your quote. The sequence is always application, review, quote, confirmation, then payment.
Yes. Accounting, VAT, payroll, annual financial statements and tax returns are provided by Radaić Consulting d.o.o., the accounting and tax advisory firm behind Croatia Company.
