    We check your case, confirm the formation route and send a written quote: our fee, third-party costs, share capital, the documents we need and the expected sequence.

    Confirmation, identification and payment

    You confirm the quote and pay. As a regulated service provider, we identify you and the company's future beneficial owners before work begins.

  4. 04

    Preparation

    We arrange Croatian tax numbers (OIB) for founders who do not have one, prepare the list of documents, and coordinate translations, apostilles and the notary appointment.

  5. 05

    Signing, capital and registration

    Founding documents are signed and certified, the share capital is paid in, and the registration application is filed. The court decides within five working days of a complete filing.

    First steps after registration

    Bank account, tax registration, VAT decision, e-invoicing setup and beneficial ownership entry. If you choose our accounting, we start the books from day one.
