Croatia Company is operated by Radaić Consulting d.o.o., an accounting, tax and financial advisory firm based in Split.
Most formation problems show up later, in the books, the VAT position or the bank's questions. That is why the people who set up your company are the people who understand what it will need next.
The firm is led by Tomislav Radaić, mag. oec., and works with companies on accounting, tax, financing and business restructuring.
